I’ve decided to start publishing my actual workouts to give you guys a sense of the movements and set ranges I do. You’ll notice it’s fairly high-volume, but I just can’t feel happy doing less than 3 sets most of the time, and even 3 sets seems low to me.

This is a typical shoulder/trap day for me. Most weeks I do this on Wednesdays, since I have switched to a once-per-day training style. I used to do twice-per-day splits, but until I can get back on a proper protein/calorie intake, it was just burning me out and not netting the results I wanted.
